*Lots of swearing*

Havent posted in nearly a month, dont give up hope on me, im still here. Oh crapping bollocks, i hadnt realised that i hadnt posted for THIS long.

This is pretty bad.

Fuckery.

Uni is taking a toll and therefore i havent even thought about my blog until about an hour ago and when i started commenting on blogs i read - which is about 3, and i just commented on 2, yeah, i cant be bothered with some blogs anymore, they get so many readers and then they go all *blech* and change their style, this is like a mini bitch but its not on purpose, the blogs i stick to these days are still themselves and yeah, thats why i still read them. Its like a compliment that sounds like im sucking up to certains blogs, ok stop talking now.

Fashion is making me all bi-polar with how i feel about it. In a way im just trying to avoid it if i can, when in uni all im thinking about it fashion and how to make/design/create stupid things!!!

Personally, although i do it, i feel weird posting pictures that arent mine to fill a blog/apologise for lack of posting/breaking promises, but in the next/upcoming posts - WHEN i actually post them, i have work to actually show, i have to submit my portfolio for the whole year on monday and im planning to do quite a lot of illustration type work so i'll get to show it off here, and maybe update my incredibly-worse-than-blogger-blog-deviantArt profile. There is so much to do, so little time.

Today i went to a gig, yeah, i went on the WRONG day, its tomorrow. What a freaking twat.

I need to stop going on facebook so much, that is a big reason why im not on blogger, ever since facebook chat, its so distracting.

This picture makes me happy. Im mainly posting for that little ginger kid you see right in the middle. Dont question WHY, but ive developed a little love for the kid, even though i swear he's like 16 or so. Not sure who Pable is, but you see on the right, Tom, yep, same Tom as this guy. Arthur is from here. Its pretty hilarious from the video ive seen on youtube, and it has the other little kid from Son of Rambow - Will Poulter - if i could, and i will, im going to adopt him as my son.

Ok right, its 2:44am, regardless what the time blogger says, im off, I in theory, should be sleeping to get to uni early to do some work for said portfolio, im sure i can fill in a post there.

Fingers crossed.

Films

Im in the process of another post, im just trying to mass blog. If i can. Because you never know when the next post from me is coming.

I've given in 3 projects for uni already, 3 doesnt sound like a lot, but i have another 2-3 due in within the next month and thats not including a essay and a on-going project due in march, so anyway, i had a week free along with this weekend - well, i have a project due monday - 2 actually, - and well, instead of working on my sketchbook, i watched a bunch of films. I mass bought films a few weeks ago and watched most of them very recently. Woo. Along with some very brief film descriptions.

Here are a selected few of the ones i watched:

Forgetting Sarah Marshall - Man get dumped by girlfriend, he's upset and she's already dating. He goes somewhere to try and get over her and she's there. it wasnt too bad, some nudity i didnt see coming and i loved the Dracula parts!

Notes on a Scandal - Narrated from the character played by Dame Judi Dench, a new teacher to the school has an affair with student, another teacher who has befriended the new teacher catches them and from there it begins, like blackmail. I really liked it, brilliantly acted, to me it was like watching Robin Williams for the first time in One Hour Photo. Now i really need to read the book, as for those who dont know, this film was based on the book of the same name.
Freedom Writers - based on the real story of a teacher encouraging her class that they can do a lot better than the gang-based life that they live in. Its really quite inspiring. At first i did not like most of the characters, but as the film progresses, you hear and see their background and they start to open up and you start to see through their harsh exterior. Something like that.

Into the Wild - I've been nagged to watch this since summer, or a little before. Dude from rich/well off respectable background ditches his materialistic background - including changing his name - and just travels around with the things he has and very little money because he burns it. His main goal is to get to Alaska. The film is partially narrated through his sister and is too, based on a real story. The ending made me CRY. This film i seriously DO recommend, Emile Hirsch played the guy brilliantly. Kristen Stewart of my favourite Vampire film features in this film too.

The Bad Mother's Handbook - Based on the book of the same name, im not really sure how to describe this book without giving too much away, basically just seeing a mother going through some life changing events of her life. Pretty bad synopsis i know. Catherine Tate didnt annoy me as much as i thought she would, but this film was quite sweet, not sure if it was worth me buying though to be honest. But my favourite (Vampire) Robert Pattinson - or as hard-corey fans like to call him, 'R-Pattz' - is in this, the reason i bought this film of course. It thought it was pretty awkward to watch him play this character who is extremely awkward, but verrrrrry sweet. And the hair, oh dead, please Robert, NEVER do that to your hair. Or anyone else for that matter.

Son of Rambow - i've seen this film three times already. Basically, some kids recreating parts of the first Rambo film. Its soooooo sweet this film. I didnt really like the ending, got a bit too soppy, but i enjoyed it thoroughly. 'I AM THE SON OF RAMBOW'. And Didier. This was my favourite of the bunch, the main film i was looking for when in the process of mass buying DVDs, i enojyed this more than seeing Robert in The Bad Mother's Handbook. This had a mainly non-speaking part with Ed Westwick. The illustrated bible was sooo cool, its something that im going to try and re-create, not with a bible, but with a large book at least. Southbank usually has this book stall/tables selling books, i might just buy one or two of those books and just destroy it with my drawings. Or i'll just get one from charity. Which reminds me to donate my old books to my local Starbucks :)

So that was the first in my list of badly described films.

I have In Bruge, Quadrophenia and The Chronicles of Narnia to get through still.

Might do a book list next. When you see the Tagged post you'll understand why.

Just trying to educate the masses.

Also, its meant to snow soon! I live in the crappy south and we dont get as much snow as the north generally does. I love snow. As soon as there is snow falling, im going to be mass Polaroiding.

Just more random stuff

It's sunday and I should be working on my portfolio, but at this moment i'm not, i WAS trying to sort out my wireless and stuff.. but grr, i was never into computer stuff so I'm going to leave it until later. Too much to stress about.

So I didn't go London yesterday, ended up staying in town, didn't really buy anything, was mainly looking for the new i-D (which I found out comes out on the 10th earlier). I ended up going back home with a the April edition of TeenVogue - which i thought was the May issue, a bag from Primark (my first bag from Primmy, I've usually bought most of my bags from Topshop), a (cool) empty cup thingy and mug from Starbucks

I've always wanted a leather-esque bag so that I could wear the leather in, the colour is quite weird, slightly lighter than the one in the photo, so it's not yellow, it's 'ecru' or something like that. I was planning to take the handles off and leave the strap, but when I took it home it looked quite alright. Must be the Primark environment, putting me off. It was so busy! It's always busy in Primark though. It's NEVER not busy. Mad.

On the left is my tall Caramel Frappaccino and the mug on the right is my friend's tall Hot Choc. in my mug in which she took for me :)

I know, i know, theft is wrong, but it wasn't theft. And i go to Starbucks enough for them to not give a shit and earn plenty enough money to order thousands more of those cups.

It snowed today!!!!!!! I was sad enough to go out and take some pictures. The snow didn't settle on the ground properly, but it did on everything else. Here is my garden in all it's glory:

Aaah, so pretty.

Yeah, this post is pretty random.

Something I want to know, going to the cinema alone. Is that weird? I would go to my local one but it's weird because then i'll have to walk past these people everyday. I'm considering London, but my friend went there the other week and said she had to pay £10. Errr, i;m cheap. I don't want to pay that much. I only want to go see Son Of Rambow.... but another friend of mine said it was ok and that he'd done it plenty of times... so yeah.. i'm really considering it. Just after my interview and assessment.

Another film I'm going to see, when i'm not totally sure but I know i'm going to, is Funny Games. I've already read what the film is about on wikipedia, and just now I watched the trailer. So good. But it does make me worry about stupid people copying the film and then there will be the big controversy of some wanker being stupid enough to go round kill/toturing people in ways he watched in a film and then the film gets in trouble because of it. Just like songs, music getting into trouble because some twat actually goes and copies what someone has sung about. It's only a song.

Fairly hungry, haven't eaten properly today, will rustle up a caeser salad thing with toast and eggs. Mmm. Yummy.

I plan to do about 4-5 A1 sheets tonight.

I took a picture of the 'concoction' I made. Tasted good. I'll post the picture tomorrow. I'm now watching Jarhead. Why is he hitting Jakey?!?!?! This hurts my heart.

Darn my ways of writing.
